A lively, full bodied and aromatic coffee with complex flavours derived from wood and nuts to citrus (wine-like).

The coffee production in Mexico is the world's 8th largest with approx more than 252,000 MT produced. and is mainly concentrated to the south central to southern regions of the country. The coffee is mainly Arabica which grows particularly well in the coastal region of Soconusco, Chiapas, near the border of Guatemal.

Flavour: A smooth flavour with a caramel finish. Very well balanced and not over-powering in one characteristic
Altitude: From 1200 -1400 meters above sea level
Harvest Period: April to September
