Silver Needle - Yin Zhen Bai Hao Tea
Rarity of all white teas in these day and age, from Yunnan province China and produced in Fujian Mountains.
A slow and extremely gentle air drying process turns this white tea into the descriptively named "Yin Zhen Bai Hao" ("silver needle tea").
This special variety of white silver Teas grows in or in an approximate of Jinggu.

One of the finest white teas from China. Only the first tender, unopened leaf buds, covered with white down, are carefully selected for this specialty.
White teas consist of only the youngest leaves, which are still covered with white hair or down. Production is the minimum of two stages, Steaming and Drying.
White tea has a delicate fresh flavour, containing less caffeine and greater anti-oxidants that all other teas.
