Our Pu Erh from the southern Chinese Province of Yunnan is raw production method and is manufactured from normal tea-leaves but has been left to ferment for a comparatively long period of time Infact some Pu Erh's can be left for over 60 years.
In China, this red infusion has been regarded as a health tonic, it is claimed that this tea tautens the body and purifies it of toxins, that it quickens the metabolism, lowers cholesterol - and can even make you slimmer!
